Dear Maintainer,

When processing measurement results, I've faced a problem, where I had to
calculate the average
and the standard deviation of 14 values near to 9.5e+7.
The results returned by localc were surprising:
average=6.7830e+011
st.dev=2.537e+012

I attach the spreadsheet affected by the problem.
