Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

Some libreoffice-* packages can't be installed due to a broken
dependency between packages libharfbuzz-icu0, libharfbuzz0a and
libharfbuzz0b.

Note that the gnome package, which needs libreoffice, can't be
installed as well.
