With what symtoms? Do you just have not the option
or what? Why on earth can't people just write important information
into the bugreport *directly*?
(In the first case this might just be an other instance of #658646 for
example)
And please don't assume people have a PostgreSQL installation.

What if you would use a consistent distribution instead of mixing
stable and testing (and even unstable), and this even with already
old packages?
