No, it's not. It came later.

Correct.

There's no upgrade for libtextcat-data-utf8. It's *gone*. *Replaced*
by libtextcat-data.

Wrong. You can temporarily remove libtextcat-data-utf8 -> no problem.
But yes, since the new libtextcat migrated without LibreOffice 3.3.2-1
(because the gcj maintainers broke the LibO build on some architectures)
it's broken.
This works in supprted versions. (3.3.2-1 from sid). That one depends
on libtextcat0 properly which itself depends on libtextcat-data.
