Argh, no, I am §&%§/%§/. I should have tested this, but I was too lazy to relogin with LANG=pt_BR :/

Of course 

+                   -e 's,Comment=$${PRODUCTNAME} $${PRODUCTVERSION},Name=LibreOffice $(VER),' \
+                   -e 's,Name=$${PRODUCTNAME_BR} $${PRODUCTVERSION},Name=BrOffice $(VER),' \

doesn't do anything on Name[pt_BR]...
