Hi, Only to give you information, the second point of my bug report (that I'm submitting to upstream) was solved via solving the bug: http://groups.google.com/group/linux.debian.bugs.dist/browse_thread/thread/a67eeee2ab65776f/9e99b1638efd9db6?lnk=raot Now only first point is happening: saving with accents generates only UTF8 even in an ISO snstem.
