Bug#572590: Postgresql database connection type no longer an option

Severity: important
When specifing a type of database to connect to, "Postgresql" is not in
the list as it should be with this extension loaded.
sdbc v0.7.6 does not work with ooo3.2. sdbc v0.7.6a rectifies this.

We possibly need to include the 0.7.6a fix if this hasn't been done.
