Of course openclipart needs a update together with OOo (path)
so that can be one cause of it - but probably apt should have removed it
itself if that was the case. An other problem you don't see if you
did proper dist-upgrades.

So what should be do with this unreproducible bug on a system no one
can see it on (because it's old and probably full of dependency bugs -
loads of stuff depend on stuff you don't imagine, even udev)
