If at all, this would be a bug in the 3.2 version. 3.1.1-16 is unfixable
anyway. (and in -report-builder, as that is what apt complains about,
not -java-common)

Yeah, I know..

No, I don't want bugs which are obviously bpgus or are wishes against
upstream which I won't fo anything about except forwarding upstream.
I also don't want a sitload of upstream bugs here I won't fix anyway
but forward upstream. That has notihing do do with not wanting to have
bug reports.

No one denied that.

Bad. Do you really think with haveing a loads of useless bugs here would
help quality? No, In contast it would just "waste" time for the *1* packager
of this beast to handle them instead of doing valuable work.

Anyway, to the bug:
This is not completely fixable. The Depends: are correct for -report-builder.
I of course can remove the Ore-Depends: (which would make the Depends icorrect)
but then you still wouldn't have a proper upgrade of -report-builder.
(Apt will just happily remove it and not reinstall it again)

Do the upgrade without -preort-builder and then install it again is the
sanest workaround for now (but I have no illusion that you won't follow
it given your rant about trying to keep the BTS in a maintainable state)
