No it doesn't. It may work in a later version, but the one in 
testing now doesn't.

You can't inset a picture ina document from the insert image 
option.

I've removed the OpenOffice.org-kde package as it's unusable at 
the moment, and OpenOffice.org works okay now (if it's ugly) 
without it.
