Exactly that creating during the install is what fails in 3.1.0-2
(and is already fixed in 3.1.0-3)

No, moving the file /var/lib/openoffice is NOT correct because the exact
point of the change in 3.1.0-2 was to move it AWAY from there to keep
a similar structure in /var than in /usr.
