It's an issue with the current Bazaar and interaction with a proxy, I
think.
The following URL works for me:
nosmart+http://bzr.debian.org/pkg-openoffice/packages/openofficeorg/3.0.1/unstable/
I can create a patch to fix either or both of the ‘nosmart+bzr://’ and
‘/unstable/’ in the ‘Vcs-Bzr’ field. Should I?
