I am reassigning a clone to all of these packages. Maintainers, see the quoted section. Basically
it seems that OOo3s auto-detect of dictionaries (dictionary.lst is gone!) only noticed the "normal"
form with <lang>_<COUNTRY>. (Same also applied for hyphenation and thesauri but none of Debians
are affected AFAIS).

Please move the file or (and I guess this would be more feasible if mozilla needed <lang>.* add a symlink)
to make them work with OOo3.

I'll update the DSDT policy asap.
