This is no file. FDile is for specifying a file inside the package.
AND WTF does your mail not contain text except the subject and the rerportbug
template at all?
Anyway, this is simply because you didn't install the hyphenation pattern.
Due to license problems (http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=74272)
those are not included in the Debian source of OOo (and thus also not
available as a package)
Just install it in whatever way you want. DicOOo, manually, ...
If Issue 74272 was cared about (note when it was filed) I can create
a openoffice.org-hyphenation-ru...
I am turning this bug into a request for this package, but it won't happen
until the above license problem is fixed.
