Look at what he reported it aganst: -l10n-es. Of course you need to set OOos language
to spanish (i.e. start it with a spanish locale) to see it.
I can confirm that.

P.S.:
nnn@bugs.debian.org does not go the submitter(!) and the Cc to -openoffice is useless
as nnn@bugs.debian.org *does* go to the maintainer, which is debian-openoffice...
