Nope. it's not :). It patches the files in the location, whereas it's
debian/rules which does the s/openofficeorg3whatever/ooo-whatever/ subsitution ;)
(And for completeness, Ubuntu doesn't use those sysui-generated files
at all but uses ooo-builds .desktop, which hardcode ooo-xyz. Not that
it should matter to us and we don't do that, but just for completeness)
