Bug#494925: openoffice.org: Make document recovery more robust, or allow selective recovery

There are several reported instances of OOo going into a crash loop when
attempting to open certain bad documents (open bad_document, crash,
recover bad_document, crash, recover bad_document, crash...). This can
prevent the user from recovering other documents that were open at the
time of the crash, as recovery is currently an all-or-nothing process.
It is for this reason that I suggest either making document recovery
more robust (e.g. if bad_document fails to be recovered first time,
don't try to recover it next time), or allowing the user to selectively
recover documents on startup (easier to implement, but really just a
crutch).
