Bug#493991: openoffice.org-core: should report more meaningfull message when the file is corrupted

When opening a generated openoffice file I sometimes have to repair it
because openoffice says it is corrupted. It would help debugging
applications generating openoffice file if OO was more verbose about
the problems it encountered.
