Sounds like fallout from the problem you had (and as you didn't install
the new packages yet the problem is of course also there when removing
the packages)

Fallout from the uninstallation errors. To fix it:

/usr/lib/openoffice/program/unopkg remove --shared org.openoffice.legacy.writer2latex.uno.pkg
dpkg -i /var/cache/apt/archives/openoffice.org-writer2late_0.5-6_all.deb

OOos component model. And extensions (writer2latex is one, which is in
OOos core "normally") are UNO stuff (registered with unopkg)
