And yes, python-uno should *NOT* recognize python 2.4 anymore.
python-uno is just built for the default python (which is 2.5 now).

Moreover, that bug already is reported (and fixed in 2.3.0-4 which
already was accepted). Could you please look next time whether your
bug already was reported? Thanks.
