well, this info isn't available anywhere in the pkg pages nor bug pages.
[*-backports] suite are avail in the pkg seearch pages, following a link to 
a bpo pkg offer links to this bts, hence it appears bpo is in scope.
Else please state it clearly in the *-backports pages.

I'll ask the owner, but it's unlikely I'll get permission, being a 
confidential report. I'll check if OOo2 stumbles on other less sensitive .sdc
though.

hm, I'd need to recompile for Etch and it'd exceed by far my avail resources.
Although I don't exclude the possibility to check with 2.4, it's quite 
unlikely it'll happen in the short term, esp. since the remedy was pretty 
easy (switch to oo.org's official pkg).
