I tested the bug again. Without any fonts installed the problem appear
in both Iceweasel and Openoffice.org.

$ dpkg -l ttf-kochi-mincho ttf-sazanami-gothic ttf-sazanami-mincho
Desired=Unknown/Install/Remove/Purge/Hold
| Status=Not/Installed/Config-files/Unpacked/Failed-config/Half-installed

un ttf-sazanami-g <none> (no description available)
un ttf-sazanami-m <none> (no description available)

Only after installing ttf-kochi-mincho package, both softwares showed
the 3rd line correctly.

$ dpkg -l ttf-kochi-mincho ttf-sazanami-gothic ttf-sazanami-mincho
Desired=Unknown/Install/Remove/Purge/Hold

un ttf-sazanami-m <none> (no description available)

My conclusions are that the fonts used to display the first two lines
comes from another font package on the system. Thus, I think the bug
should be closed.
