What's happeding:

Basically it's held up by sparc/glibc borkage (the sparc buildds have
real problems), missing arm build of gcj-4.1, missing hppa build of ecj
and mips(el) breakage with gcc/xulrunner/nss. Lots of stuff I can do
nothing about.

Good question. I'll eventually try to get it in via
testing-proposed-updates I think (although sparc will then still be
broken, even in testing, which is not the optimal way, but....)
