Hi, the situation of this bug seems to have improved a bit in OOo 2.2. Some settings seem to be used correctly in OOo now, but hinting remains far inferior to that obtained in other applications. In the attached screenshot, the upper menu is from OOo, and the lower one from Evolution. The difference is still quite visible and affects readability. Cheers, -- .''`.
