You already reported this. See #431644. OOo does not own this file, You
read Agustins mail, didn't you?
In fact, even if OOo is not installed
this file is created by any myspell/hunspell-dictuionary postinst script
and by every dictionaries-common install/upgrade.

Hmm. That shouldn't happen. Or did you run OOo as root once?
(In which case this probably shouldn't happen either, but pspfontcache
is a cache, and not existing in a fresh install. And created in the
*user* install.

rene@mini:~$ find .openoffice.org2/ -name "pspfont*"
.openoffice.org2/user/psprint/pspfontcache
