Bug#418182: Failure of python-uno to install on Sid system during upgrade

This is similar to errors encountered with the reportbug package (bug
#418166).
Running a home grown 2.6.18 kernel, normal spread of packages, apt
version 0.6.46.4-0.1 and libc6 ver. 2.3.6.ds1-13.
