When the printer options menu is set to Handouts (alone) and to
Grayscale, the print file is empty. This is true both for print to file
and for printing to a printer. When the Quality option is set to Default
or Black and White, the printing works. This seems to be a problem only
for Impress.
The same problem occurs on my other machine (maintained by the
department) where the build of OO is also 2.0.4 but not the Debian
version.
