Bug#390439: openoffice.org-l10n-fr: Openoffice Segmentation fault

Justification: renders package unusable

When openoffice.org-l10n-fr is installed openoffice return a 
segmentation fault.

This should only happen once

When the package is not installed, there is any problem and openoffice 
works great.
