Hello Rene,

I just checked and the bug still occur with 2.0.3-6:

   Setting up openoffice.org-common (2.0.3-6) ...

   Configuration file `/etc/openoffice/psprint.conf'
==> Deleted (by you or by a script) since installation.
==> Package distributor has shipped an updated version.
What would you like to do about it ? Your options are:

It seems dpkg (1.13.21) behaviour has changed since the bug was reported
and now it follows packages rename for conffiles. This mean it detects
we removed it and display that note.

This is very annoying because we do not know which version of dpkg
will be used and they have opposed behaviour in that case.

I don't if Depends: dpkg (>=1.13.21) would do any good either.

Maybe you could check dpkg version before removing the files...

Cheers,
