gstreamer != gtk. There was no recommends on gstreamer anywhere in
the packages before. And the gstreamer things is needed for playing sounds
from presentation (for those who want that).

We *could* maybe split that backend out, though AFSIS, but I wasn't yet
sure whether to do that...
