    Because Mutt has to do, and already does, the appropriate quoting
job. Single quotes in the mailcap entry are harmless but useless in
normal easy cases, and could perturbate expansion and auto-quoting of
more complex ones. Extract from the Mutt manual:

| 3.2. Secure use of mailcap
    [...]
| Keep the %-expandos away from shell quoting. Don't quote them with
| single or double quotes. Mutt does this for you, the right way, as
| should any other program which interprets mailcap.
