No, it isn't. -l10n-en-us *IS* needed otherwise you'll experience
crashes in some situations. AT least that was the case once and
I don't want to expose users to have that risk again (see 1.9.15-1's
changelog; I unfortunately forgot what those issues were :/ ).

Hmm, it's still a bug then (the crash) that needs fixing - would be
nice to find out what it was.

That said, OO 2.0 is much nicer than 1.x, maybe it will be better
about this as well?

Anyway, will have a look at the changelogs later.

But this needs upgrade testing and I fear people will get seriously
confused when their -l10n-en from sarge will just be removed..
