Bug#360489: upgrading from sarge to etch remove openoffice.org

Hello Debian OpenOffice Team ,

When doin a upgrade of a clean sarge installation, apt-get and aptitude
attempt to remove openoffice.org. This is 100% reproducible.

# aptitude --with-recommends dist-upgrade
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  base-config libmyspell3 libstlport4.6 openoffice.org-bin
  openoffice.org-debian-files openoffice.org-l10n-en

Apparently the problem is with openoffice.org-l10n-en, 
openoffice.org-l10n-en-us and openoffice.org-core.
