DOH! AFter reading that bug again you want -lagg_pic instead of -lagg
given back. Which incidentially does make sense. Sorry, I mixed that up
somehow.

Yeah, I guess we should give pkg-config give back -lagg_pic as long as
we don't have a shared libagg. Thanks for the report ;)
