Bug#321099: Mozilla addressbook support broken
This bug needs to be fixed. I can understand the desire to not include
the Mozilla binary tree,
however, that does not mean that the two integration libraries should be
removed. It may
be that those with Mozilla installed may make use of the integration
libraries and make
it possible to use Mozilla addressbooks with Openoffice. The two
libraries libmozab2.so
and libmozdrv.so need to be included with OpenOffice. This is not a
wishlist item, this is
an oversight. If those two libraries were included then most likely this
bug would go away.
I spent a day trying to figure out what I broke in my system or what
package was missing.
If this support is going to be removed from debian's version of
OpenOffice it should be noted
somewhere in a readme.
