Bug#295916: openoffice.org-bin: installs unstripped (huge) binaries

On i386, openoffice.org-bin 1.1.3-5 is about 60M bigger than 1.1.3-4.
As far as I can tell, the reason for this is that the binaries it
ships (in and under /usr/lib/openoffice/program/) are no longer
stripped, in violation of Policy 10.1.
