Bug#294105: openoffice.org-bin: why OOo depends on libstlport ?

Hi, i'd like to know why OpenOffice.org depends on libstlport4.6 ? OOo seems to be the only software in Debian to depends on this C++ library, where every other C++ apps uses libstdc++. Building/running OOo against libstdc++ would certainly improve startup time and memory usage.
