Bug#335729: please remove (source-)packages obsolete with OOo2

Please remove the following from unstable/experimental since they are
now obsolete:

- openoffice.org2 (everything)
- neon0.23 (everything)
- openoffice.org-help-*
- openoffice.org-debian-files

and (but they maybe will be rene'd anyway..):

- openoffice.org-bin, openoffice.org-gtk-gnome, openoffice.org-gnomevfs
- openoffice.org-l10n-* (the langpacks which are built in OOo1 but not
  in OOo2, see grep-excuses openoffice.org, I am writing this offline so
  I can't look...)
