Bug#335410: impossible to insert pictures by filename

How to reproduce:
* insert a fresh picture onto a page
* doubleclick the picture
* select the tab called "Picture"
* the field "File name" contains the text "[None]"
* try to edit it - it's not possible
* try to click on the selector field on the right of the text - it isn't
possible either
* (however, the picture itself is shown on the top on the right of the
tab...)
