Bug#332194: openoffice.org: Can't insert/reproduce sound in OO documents

I'm unable to insert and reproduce sound in any OpenOffice.org document.
The menu item 'Insert / Object / Sound' is grayed in all OO applications.

In OO Impress I can't either insert or reproduce sound effects and background sound.
