Is there a real reason for this except it being more recent?

$ dchroot -c unstable grep-available -FDepends libxaw7 -sPackage | grep 
Package\: | wc -l
[ package list snipped, too long ]

$ dchroot -c unstable grep-available -FDepends libxaw8 -sPackage
(unstable) grep-available -FDepends libxaw8 -sPackage
Package: xbase-clients
Package: xterm
Package: xdm

Only X.org packages itself depend on libxaw8...
And interestingly Ubuntu doesn't ship libxaw8 at all which may have a reason 
we both don't know...
