Bug#315428: openoffice.org-debian-files: Incorrect nametemplates in mailcap file

Hi!

Mailcap file /usr/lib/mime/packages/openoffice.org-debian-files contains
incorrect nametemplates for native (open|star)office file formats.
Templates are %.ext instead of %s.ext.  Nametemplates for MS Office and
WordPerfect file types are correct.

Since OOo is able to correctly detect file format even when extenstion is
incorrect or missing, severity of this problem is pretty low.
