This is because openoffice.org is 1.1.3-4 which of course needs a
1.1.3-x bin. The powerpc and sparc builds died in the middle of the build
and the buildd admins seem to have no intentions to requeue the builds.
And I have no intentions to try to run after them since  we need a new upload
anyhow, so... I even asked the powerpc admin one time but got *no*
answer...

Reassigning away from openoffice.org since this is no package bug...
