Bug#289800: openoffice.org: autosave is not enabled by default?!?!?!?!?!?!
Package: openoffice.org
Version: 1.1.3-4
Severity: critical
Justification: causes serious data loss
I was SHOCKED and ENRAGED to find that OpenOffice does not enable the
auto save functionality by default. My machine crashed today and I lost
a whole day's worth of work on my resume.
I see there's an autosave option but it's NOT ENABLED BY DEFAULT.
WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?!?!? This GUARANTEES someone will not enable this
option until the first time they lose data!!!! Is this someone's idea
of a sick fucking joke?
