No images or icons are displayed in any help topic; placeholders are
displayed with a "broken image" icon and a caption or the word "icon"
instead.

For example, from the contents, go to

Spreadsheets -> Data Pilot -> DataPilot

I see a big blank image with a broken image icon in the top-left
corner and the caption "Sheet for the DataPilot" instead of an image.
