The reported bug concerns ooimpress.To reproduce it, try to attach an action to an element of the presentation (a text or a squarre). The action is "launch program" (approximative translation from french) for which you specify the program name along with arguments.
It works fine with a program name alone but the problem is that ooimpress doesn't take into account the arguments and even stop launching the specified program.
