Bug#284480: openoffice.org: Openoffice repaints Formattoolbar, when using text in draw and OLE Objects in Writer

Well, ok, that really might be a problem/feature from upstream, but
thats not the main reason I opend the bug.

My mind seems to have been away, when writing the report....

Well ok, let's try again:

1. I startup openoffice.org with the draw module
(%-CPU (soffice.bin): ~5%)
2. I create a textbox (it directly in the editing mode)
(%-CPU (soffice.bin): ~25%) (stable over several minutes)
3. deselect box
(%-CPI (soffice.bin): ~5%)

A visible consequence of creating the textbox (point 2) are continuos
(visible!!!) redraws of the Formating Toolbar (bold, italic, etc.).

I don't think, that this is intendet.

I hope this was a little bit more clear... If not please, I'am willing
to provide more information.
