I never received your e-mail asking for clarification, and neither did
the BTS.  I am unable to reproduce it while running the openoffice
wrapper script.

However, it is still a bug for the EULAs to show up, if the user (or
some helpful MIME-enabled application) runs
/usr/lib/openoffice/program/<whatever>.  Please ask upstream to solve
this problem, either by (1) removing the screen entirely, or (2) making
the 'Decline' button function exactly like the 'Next >>' button.

I'm demoting the severity of this bug to normal, since most users
shouldn't see it, and I don't remember how I triggered the setup screen.
