setting OOVERSION

Hi folks,

I'd like ot run the upsteram 1.1.2 and the debian verison together on
my machine, but to have them use two differnt settings directories.
Do you know whether I cna change /usr/bin/openoffice & .sversionrc to
make that work?  I tried changing OOVERSION to "OpenOffice.org
1.1.2_debian" & adding a corresponding line to .sversionrc, but that
didn't work.  

Any hints?
