Bug#262278: openoffice.org: Extremely slow startup if /etc/cups/client.conf has defined ServerName to a nonreachable host
Package: openoffice.org
Severity: normal
I have found a problem if the ServerName defined in
/etc/cups/client.conf is set to a non-reachable host (found out because
I use a laptop at different places). It will take a very long time to
start up if it cannot reach the printserver. I think it is bad that one
cannot use the application because of a non reachable
printserver...probably has to be fixed upstream.

Hasse
